Nice, but picture is inaccurateJan 10, 2009
The watch is really pretty and is a nice size - small enough to feel dainty but large enough to be a good practical watch. The picture displayed on Amazon, however, does not accurately portray the watch. The picture shows a matte finish; the watch itself is actually shiny gold. Still pretty, but not the watch I was expecting.

I got this for my wife and was nervouse because it was "just a Timex". She loves it and loves me for thinking of her without any hints that she wanted one. I only knew she wanted a gold watch and went with Timex because of their reputayion and I am glad I did!
