Timex times-outAug 11, 2010 I can remember when Timex watches stood for quality and dependability. After years of trying to save money on cheaper watches that I replaced about every year, I decided to take a chance on a slightly-more-expensive Timex model that the clerk assured me would outlast the cheaper ones. Wrong. The Timex watch started losing time in just a few weeks, and, what's worse, the Timex repair center charged $10 (supposedly for shipping a one-ounce item) and apparently didn't do a thing since the watch still lost several minutes each day from the time it was returned to me. When the $40 Timex lasts half as long and offers no better warranty than the $15 Wal-Mart knockoffs, it's got to be a sign of the end of time for Timex.
most undependable product ever purchasedJul 01, 2010 Shame on me! I have been dealing with one of these watches for over a year and it will not keep working, Have to "reboot" it when it locks up. Sent it off for repair and it worked for a couple of weeks and broke again. It has been sent in for repair again with the analog portion frozen. Based on so many good reviews, I figured I had a lemon so I bought another one two days ago. The analog portion froze in less than 48 hours. Last Timex I ever buy!
Timex Watch ReviewMay 10, 2010 This Timex watch #T41101 has a small band. I contacted the customer Service Dept at Timex and was able to order 5 band links for $4.00. I love this watch, but it should come with enough links that all can wear it.
poor quality controlFeb 16, 2010 This is the second watch of this model that I've owned. The alarm stopped working on the first one after only a year. The stem fell out of this one after ONLY ONE WEEK. It's going back.
Work WatchFeb 01, 2010 great gift. not the easiest to figure out how it works though. the directions are vague.
